ABM Industries announced a new five-year partnership valued at approximately $125 million with Miami-Dade County. This agreement is to provide comprehensive janitorial, smart facility, and integrated maintenance services at Miami International Airport (MIA).
The contract includes the full deployment of ABM Connect, the company’s industry-leading technology and data intelligence platform. This implementation will feature the most integrated Smart Restroom monitoring solution ABM has deployed to date, enabling proactive service based on usage data.
This partnership reinforces ABM’s leadership position as a partner of choice for major U.S. airports and supports MIA’s Modernization in Action (M.I.A.) Plan. The agreement is expected to add over 250 new jobs and contribute to economic growth in the South Florida region.
