ACI Worldwide announced the appointment of Robert ('Bobby') Leibrock as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 1, 2025. Leibrock succeeds Scott Behrens, who is retiring after nearly two decades with ACI. Leibrock joins ACI from Red Hat, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and CFO, guiding global financial operations through significant growth and strategic transformation.
Leibrock's extensive experience includes leading finance organizations in global, complex environments, particularly in cloud and SaaS-focused businesses. He previously held senior finance roles at IBM, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth through financial strategy and operational excellence. Thomas Warsop, President and CEO of ACI Worldwide, highlighted Leibrock's strategic acumen and proven financial expertise as invaluable for ACI's continued growth strategy.
Alongside the CFO appointment, ACI Worldwide reaffirmed its Q2 and full-year 2025 financial guidance as previously communicated. This guidance represents 7% to 9% growth over 2024 on an FX-adjusted basis, aligning with the long-term growth targets discussed at last year’s Analyst Day. The reaffirmation signals continuity in financial outlook despite the leadership transition.
