ACI Worldwide announced an extended partnership with iNet, the first independent Saudi Central Bank-licensed Network Service Provider (NSP), to support Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing fintech sector. Under this collaboration, iNet will deploy and manage a Point of Sale (POS) infrastructure using ACI Postilion, an acquiring platform that enables omnichannel transaction processing while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards. iNet has been an ACI customer since 2006.
iNet recently secured principal licenses to operate as an independent POS NSP, allowing it to deliver POS services directly to banks and merchants. The company currently processes over 5 million transactions daily and plans significant scaling in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to foster a cashless society and a digital financial ecosystem. The RPS for Postilion platform empowers iNet to drive payment innovation and deliver new services such as SoftPOS, QR payments, and digital wallets.
Alexis Haessler, Regional Head, Middle East, ACI Worldwide, stated that the partnership is grounded in a shared vision to simplify payments and unlock new growth opportunities. He added that together, ACI and iNet are creating a frictionless and interoperable payment experience, powering a modern, inclusive, and future-ready financial ecosystem in the Kingdom.
