AECOM announced today the appointment of Matt Kavanagh as its Global Energy Strategy & Growth Lead. Mr. Kavanagh brings over 20 years of industry experience, having identified, developed, and managed more than $3 billion of energy and economic development projects.
In his new role, Mr. Kavanagh will enhance AECOM's global focus on energy infrastructure and the energy transition. He will advance global capabilities and innovative strategies to deliver utility scale generation, transmission lines, and grid modernization projects.
AECOM's multidisciplinary Energy teams provide comprehensive solutions across the entire energy transition lifecycle, from vision and strategy to deployment and delivery. This appointment aims to spearhead the growth of the Energy business and expand its role as a trusted partner in the energy transition.
