The deal adds AI‑enhanced insights, budgeting and scenario‑planning tools, and integration with ADP’s HCM ecosystem, enabling enterprise and multinational clients to manage complex compensation programs more efficiently.
Pequity’s platform combines spreadsheet‑like familiarity with automation at scale, allowing HR professionals to simplify pay decisions while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
The acquisition aligns with ADP’s strategy to deepen its HCM portfolio and support global expansion, following a Q1 2026 earnings report that highlighted 7% revenue growth and strong client demand.
Sreeni Kutam, ADP’s President of Global Product and Innovation, said the company is excited to welcome the Pequity team and will leverage the deep expertise across both teams to further innovate.
The acquisition also positions ADP to help clients navigate upcoming pay transparency regulations, such as the EU directive effective June 2026, by providing tools for pay equity and compliance.
