AerCap Holdings N.V. announced new lease agreements for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft with Aloula Aviation, a brand operated by Mukamalah Aviation Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aramco. These aircraft will be used for the transportation of Aramco Group passengers in Saudi Arabia.

This agreement marks an expansion of AerCap's existing relationship with Aramco, which previously involved helicopter leasing through Milestone Aviation. The new leases highlight the strong synergies across AerCap's diverse business lines and its ability to provide comprehensive fleet solutions.

AerCap's CEO, Aengus Kelly, stated that the company is pleased to support Aloula Aviation with its first directly leased aircraft for passenger operations. This move positions Aloula Aviation to better serve other key clients and contributes to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's aviation development.
