Hydradyne is expected to contribute approximately $260 million in annual sales and $30 million in EBITDA within the first 12 months of ownership. The transaction is also anticipated to be accretive to EPS, excluding transaction-related expenses and purchase accounting adjustments. This financial contribution is a key factor in the expansion of AIT's Engineered Solutions segment.
