On September 3, 2025, Pivix Specialty Insurance Services Inc. ('Pivix'), a managing general agent (MGA) part of Ambac Financial Group, launched a new casualty program with support from Everspan Group. This program will provide primary general liability coverage for targeted classes of business.
The new E&S (Excess and Surplus) basis program is designed for contractors, real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing accounts. This initiative marks the first product from Pivix's recently formed brokerage division, expanding its offerings beyond its initial contract binding program.
