Amcor plc reported its fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2025 results on August 14, 2025, highlighting a significant milestone quarter following the acquisition of Berry Global. For Q4, net sales were $5,082 million, a 44% increase on a reported basis, including approximately $1.5 billion of acquired sales from Berry. Adjusted EBIT increased by 34% on a constant currency basis to $611 million, including approximately $200 million of acquired EBIT.
For the full fiscal year 2025, net sales reached $15,009 million, up 10% on a reported basis, including approximately $1.5 billion of acquired sales. Adjusted EBIT for the full year was $1,723 million, up 12% on a constant currency basis, including approximately $195 million of acquired EBIT. Adjusted diluted EPS for the full year was 71.2 cents, up 3% on a constant currency basis.
Amcor provided a strong outlook for fiscal year 2026, projecting adjusted EPS growth of 12-17% and a significant increase in Free Cash Flow to $1.8 to $1.9 billion. The company also announced a strategic portfolio review, identifying a $20 billion core portfolio and exploring alternatives for $2.5 billion of less aligned businesses, including its North America Beverage segment, to drive higher organic growth.
