AmpliTech Group, Inc. announced on December 20, 2024, the closing of its previously announced registered direct offerings, which occurred on December 13 and December 18, 2024. The aggregate gross proceeds to the company from these offerings totaled approximately $5.3 million.
These proceeds were raised before deducting the placement agent’s fees and other offering expenses. Maxim Group LLC served as the sole placement agent for both offerings, which were conducted under a shelf registration statement declared effective by the SEC on April 24, 2024.
The successful completion of these offerings provides AmpliTech Group with additional capital to fund its operations and strategic growth initiatives across its various divisions, including 5G, quantum computing, and satellite communications.
