Aon plc officially opened its new 30,000-square-foot office at Fifteen George's Quay in Dublin on November 20, 2024. This new facility brings together Aon's 587 Dublin-based colleagues, aiming to enhance collaboration and innovation across its Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities. The office features custom collaboration zones, break-out spaces, and tech-enabled meeting rooms, all designed under Aon's Smart Working approach. The new space will serve as Aon's corporate offices in Dublin and will house the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) in Ireland. The ACIA, comprised of over 100 data and technology specialists, provides innovative data analytics capabilities to support businesses in an AI-enabled era. Greg Case, global CEO of Aon, highlighted this investment as a symbol of the firm's commitment to Ireland and its talented colleagues. Minister for Finance, Jack Chambers, noted that Aon's investment strengthens Ireland's position as a leading global business hub. The office is designed to be a sustainable workplace, on track for LEED Platinum accreditation, and encourages sustainable travel.
