Asana, Inc. announced the appointment of Dan Rogers as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 21, 2025. Rogers, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in high-growth technology companies, will succeed co-founder Dustin Moskovitz. Rogers joins Asana from LaunchDarkly, where he served as CEO since 2023, and previously held leadership roles at Rubrik and ServiceNow. His track record includes scaling businesses and driving innovation in transformative enterprise SaaS environments. Dustin Moskovitz will transition to the role of Board Chair, as announced in March, where he will focus on product vision, strategic guidance, and supporting Asana's artificial intelligence initiatives.
