Atour Lifestyle Holdings announced that Cong Lin will step down as a director, audit committee member, and nominating and corporate governance committee member, effective November 10 2025, and that Yingchun Song will assume those roles on the same date.
Song, the founder of Wuhan Today Dream Trading Co. and former chairman of the China Chain Store & Franchise Association, brings more than fifteen years of experience in retail chain operations and supply‑chain management. His background aligns with Atour’s strategy to grow its retail arm, which accounted for roughly 30 % of total revenue in 2024 and is a key driver of the company’s dual‑engine growth plan that targets 2,000 hotels by the end of 2025.
Lin, who served as a director since November 2022 and previously held a senior vice‑president position at Marriott International China, will continue to support Atour in a consulting capacity. His experience in hotel operations is expected to provide continuity as the company expands its hospitality footprint.
The board change reflects Atour’s ongoing effort to strengthen corporate governance while leveraging Song’s retail expertise to accelerate the company’s retail expansion and enhance cross‑consumption through its A Card loyalty program, which had 89 million members as of April 2025. The appointment is intended to reinforce strategic oversight as the company balances growth in both its hotel and retail segments.
CEO Li Wei welcomed Song to the board, noting that his “deep knowledge of retail supply chains and proven leadership in franchise development will be invaluable as Atour scales its retail network and integrates it with its hotel operations.”
