ATEX Resources Inc. (TSXV: ATX, OTCQB: ATXRF) announced on 21 October 2025 that its first drill hole of Phase VI, ATXD25C, at the Valeriano Copper‑Gold Project in Chile produced a record‑grade intercept of 164 m at 2.72% CuEq, including 40 m at 4.73% CuEq. The company described the hole as an infill test of the B2B Zone, confirming the continuity of high‑grade mineralization and supporting the project’s high‑grade corridor. The results include 86 m at 3.77% CuEq (2.28% Cu, 1.41 g/t Au) and 40 m at 4.73% CuEq (2.76% Cu, 1.88 g/t Au) starting at 1,558 m depth. These grades exceed the average grade estimated in the 2025 Mineral Resource estimate, indicating the potential to increase the current resource estimate for the B2B Zone. The company noted that the intercepts are contained within a broader 528 m interval at 1.32% CuEq, further underscoring the high‑grade nature of the zone. ATEX stated that the high‑grade results reinforce the strategic importance of the B2B Zone and support the company’s plan to expand the resource base, potentially enabling an economically robust, conceptual starter operation closer to surface. The Phase VI program is fully operational with six rigs, and additional drill holes are underway to further delineate the high‑grade corridor and assess vertical extent. The company will report additional assay results as they become available, continuing to refine the resource model for Valeriano.
