The integration enables businesses using Zendesk to deterministically validate customer identities while maintaining a smooth customer experience. This is crucial for combating account takeover attempts at call centers, especially with the rise of deepfakes and injection attacks. The partnership aims to equip live agents with better tools to verify and authenticate users.
Rhon Daguro, CEO of authID, highlighted that over 100,000 brands rely on Zendesk, making this integration a significant expansion of authID's reach.
