Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) announced the appointment of Thomas McGinn as Senior Vice President of Insurance on April 2, 2025. In this critical leadership role, Mr. McGinn will be responsible for overseeing BBSI’s insurance operations, which include underwriting strategy, risk management, and pricing.
Mr. McGinn will report directly to BBSI’s Chief Executive Officer, Gary Kramer. His extensive experience in the insurance industry spans three decades, with senior leadership roles at Chubb, ACE, and CIGNA Property & Casualty. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Chubb Global Casualty and New York Branch Manager.
This appointment is expected to strengthen BBSI's ability to deliver innovative insurance solutions to its clients. Mr. McGinn's deep expertise in underwriting and risk management is directly relevant to BBSI's core business model, which relies on effective management of workers' compensation and other insurance offerings.
