Bunker Hill Mining Corp. announced on May 22, 2025, that it has agreed with Teck Resources Limited to increase the maximum aggregate principal amount of their unsecured promissory note from US$3.4 million to US$4.4 million. This amendment aims to ensure sufficient short-term funding. The Promissory Note bears interest at a rate of 12% per annum, with interest capitalized and added to the principal amount monthly. It is available in multiple advances at Teck's discretion and is payable on demand. This increased liquidity is crucial for Bunker Hill as it continues towards the closing of its previously announced brokered and non-brokered private placements and major capital restructuring. No bonus securities will be issued to Teck in connection with this note, nor is it convertible into company securities.
