BlackSky Technology Inc. was selected by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as one of the vendors for the $200 million Luno B commercial data indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Luno B will provide the national security community with timely access to high-quality commercial GEOINT.
The contract will enable the NGA to lead the GEOINT enterprise in applying GEOINT artificial intelligence, delivering decision advantage to warfighters, policymakers, and mission partners. Through this IDIQ, users will access data and analytic services characterizing worldwide economic, environmental, and geo-political activities.
Luno B has a five-year base ordering period, with vendors competing on a full and open basis for future delivery orders. This selection expands BlackSky's opportunities within the U.S. government defense and intelligence sector.
