TopBuild Corp. completed four acquisitions that add roughly $53 million in annual revenue, broadening its specialty distribution and installation services businesses.
The acquisitions—Insulation Fabrics ($6.1 million), Diamond Door Products ($30.4 million), Performance Insulation Fabricators ($8.9 million), and L&L Insulation ($7.2 million)—were closed in September and October 2025, with the L&L transaction expected to finalize in November.
These deals strengthen the Specialty Distribution segment by adding insulation accessories and mechanical insulation, and extend the Installation Services network into the mountain states. Diamond Door Products expands TopBuild’s ability to serve commercial and industrial customers with metal building solutions.
The $53 million incremental revenue represents about a 4.3% increase in TopBuild’s annualized top line, based on Q1 2025 sales of $1.23 billion. Q1 2025 sales declined 3.6% year‑over‑year, with the Installation segment down 6.7% and Specialty Distribution up 2.6%.
The acquisitions follow the October 7, 2025 purchase of Specialty Products and Insulation (SPI) for $1 billion, which added $700 million in revenue. TopBuild’s full‑year 2025 revenue guidance remains $5.05 billion to $5.35 billion and adjusted EBITDA $925 million to $1.075 billion. The company returned $215.6 million to shareholders in Q1 2025.
