Blink Charging Co. (NASDAQ: BLNK) announced on October 13, 2025 that its wholly‑owned subsidiary, Blink Charging UK Ltd., has been selected by Bradford Council to deliver 104 electric‑vehicle charging ports as part of the first phase of the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) program across the district.
The project is financed in part by £282,000 in government funding secured by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority through the LEVI program. The rollout will prioritize locations where access to charging is currently limited, including on‑street and off‑street chargers, and will be managed through the Blink Charging app. The contract is part of a larger plan to install up to 1,000 new chargers at more than 230 sites throughout Bradford over the next two years.
This win expands Blink’s owner‑operator model in the UK, adding a significant number of high‑margin, recurring‑revenue assets to its network. The addition of 104 chargers strengthens Blink’s presence in a growing EV market and positions the company to capture increased utilization and network fee income as the region’s charging infrastructure expands.
