Bruker Corporation announced significant advances in deep, unbiased, and high-sensitivity 4D-Proteomics at the 23rd Human Proteome Organization World Congress on October 20, 2024. These advancements include enhanced specificity and proteome coverage through diagonal-PASEF methods. The company achieved a $100 deep, high-accuracy plasma proteome using PreOmics ENRICH-iST or ENRICHplus methods with the timsTOF HT mass spectrometer. This enables high-fidelity plasma proteomics at scale with robust and accurate protein identifications. Further innovations include high-sensitivity plasma glycopeptide analysis on the timsTOF Ultra 2 with glyco-PASEF® and GlycoScape® software, doubling glycopeptide identifications. Bruker also introduced TIMSrescore, an ML-enhanced tool for increased high-confidence peptide identifications, and multiomics visualization within ProteoScape™ for proteomics and metabolomics data.
