Bruker Corporation announced the launch of its VERTEX NEO Platform on February 6, 2025, introducing the VERTEX NEO R as its first product. This platform is designed to provide high-end Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) instrumentation for academic and industrial research and development.
The VERTEX NEO R, succeeding the VERTEX 70v, combines advancements in FTIR research with Bruker's MultiTect detector technology and a unique Vacuum ATR accessory. MultiTect offers broad spectral range detection, while the Vacuum ATR enables artifact-free measurements with full access to the sample under vacuum.
Further innovations include interleaved time-resolved FTIR spectroscopy, making the VERTEX NEO R a tool for catalytic investigations, battery material development, and semiconductor research. The system aims to provide best spectral quality combined with ease of handling.
