On December 10, 2024, Bridge Specialty Group, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., announced the acquisition of the assets of American Risk Management Resources Network, LLC (ARMR). ARMR is a specialty wholesale environmental insurance brokerage platform.
ARMR serves production partners nationwide, combining deep knowledge of environmental risks with customized insurance placement designs. The ARMR team will continue to operate from Madison, Wisconsin, under the leadership of Kari Kohal.
This acquisition represents a continued execution of Bridge Specialty Group's strategy to deliver specialized niche capabilities for its customers. David Dybdahl will continue with ARMR, focusing on new product offerings and environmental risk education.
