Armlogi Holding Corp. announced the lease of a new 480,000 square foot warehouse facility in Ontario, California. This facility is strategically located in the I-15 Freeway corridor, providing accessibility and distribution efficiency for operations in Southern California.
The new warehouse features approximately 5,000 square feet of office space and a height clearance of 24 feet, accommodating various storage and logistics activities. It is equipped with 46 dock high-loading doors, 38 mechanical pit levelers, and five grade-level doors to facilitate efficient loading and access.
This expansion aligns with Armlogi’s commitment to delivering quality logistics solutions and supporting the growth of its clients' businesses. The facility also includes an 800 Amp, 480/277 volt power supply and an all-concrete loading area for heavy industrial use.
