CAE officially inaugurated its first business aviation training centre in Central Europe, CAE Vienna, on September 4, 2025. The 86,000 square foot facility has been operational since April 2025, providing pilot training for aircraft types including the Gulfstream G550, Bombardier Global 7500, and Bombardier Global 6000.

The new center also features an Embraer Phenom 100/300 full-flight simulator, part of the Embraer CAE Training Services joint venture. A fifth simulator, a Bombardier Challenger 3500 FFS, is expected to be ready for training in October 2025, with a sixth, a Pilatus PC-24 FFS, planned for deployment in the second half of 2026.

CAE Vienna is strategically located to meet the demand for 7,000 new pilots and 9,000 new maintenance technicians projected for the European business aviation industry over the next decade. The center is equipped to train thousands of aviation professionals annually, enhancing CAE's global training network and its commitment to customer-centric training solutions.
