Mr. Jones will serve as an independent director and join both the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Board. His proven track record in strategy and management aligns with the company's strategic roadmap, which includes monetizing technology and broadening revenue streams in its higher-margin U.S. assets. The company expects to benefit from his perspective, industry experience, and leadership skills.
Mr. Jones brings over three decades of advertising experience, having served as Chief Operating Officer (U.S. Marketing Services) of Publicis Groupe from January 2021 to December 2023. He also held roles as Chief Executive Officer of Publicis Media U.S. / Americas and Chief Executive Officer (North America) of ZenithOptimedia Group, both part of Publicis Groupe.
