Codere Online Luxembourg, S.A. announced on September 2, 2025, that Oscar Iglesias, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, will step down from his role for personal reasons. His departure is effective upon the earlier of the completion of an orderly transition to his successor or December 31, 2025.
In connection with this transition, and subject to shareholder approval, the company’s Board of Directors plans to appoint Mr. Iglesias to the Board. He previously served on the Board between 2021 and 2023, and his continued involvement will help drive Codere Online’s strategic direction.
Mr. Iglesias has been instrumental in the company's growth, including leading its successful 2021 public listing on Nasdaq. Codere Online has initiated a search process to identify a new Chief Financial Officer, aiming for a seamless transition.
