Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. announced that Juleps Kentucky Tavern has signed a lease for approximately 6,500 square feet of retail space at 43781 Central Station Drive in Loudoun Station. Created by Northern Virginia restaurateur Reese Gardner, the tavern will bring a Kentucky-inspired culinary experience to Loudoun County.
The concept is designed to be a warm and inviting gathering place, featuring a wood-accented interior, a spacious bar, and communal seating. The menu will include Southern-inspired offerings, house-made juleps, a curated bourbon collection, local craft beers, and elevated comfort fare.
This addition is expected to provide residents and visitors with another strong reason to engage with the Loudoun Station neighborhood, enhancing its dynamic appeal. Loudoun Station is a Metro-connected development with over 1 million square feet of mixed-use space completed and an additional 1.5 million square feet planned.
