Colliers International Group Inc. acquired Greenhill Engineers Pty Ltd, a leading urban development consultancy based in Adelaide, adding 65 professionals to its Engineering & Design Australia division and establishing a new presence in South Australia.
The acquisition brings civil engineering, electrical infrastructure, transport infrastructure, and landscape architecture services, strengthening Colliers’ engineering capabilities and geographic reach.
Greenhill’s senior leadership will continue to lead operations as shareholders under Colliers’ partnership model, ensuring continuity for existing clients.
Colliers CEO John Kenny said the move reaffirms the company’s long‑term growth ambitions and positions the firm to serve clients across the region.
The business will rebrand as Colliers Engineering & Design and integrate into the Colliers Engineering platform; transaction terms were not disclosed.
Colliers’ Q3 2025 earnings, released on November 4 2025, showed adjusted EPS of $1.64 and revenue of $1.46 billion, both exceeding analyst estimates and reflecting strong performance across segments, including Engineering and Real Estate Services.
The acquisition aligns with Colliers’ strategy of expanding engineering capabilities through strategic acquisitions, following prior moves such as the acquisition of Englobe in 2024 and a 60% stake in RoundShield Partners in 2025.
