Cincinnati Financial Corporation announced an enhanced insurance operations structure, effective January 1, 2025, aimed at developing profitable growth opportunities. Sean M. Givler, Senior Vice President – Commercial Lines, will lead the commercial/life insurance operations, overseeing Commercial Lines, Management Liability & Surety, Sales & Marketing, and The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company.
Will Van Den Heuvel, Senior Vice President – Personal Lines, will lead the personal/specialty insurance operations. His responsibilities will include Personal Lines, Excess & Surplus Lines, Cincinnati Re, and Cincinnati Global Underwriters Ltd. Both Mr. Givler and Mr. Van Den Heuvel will continue to report to President and CEO Stephen M. Spray.
Additionally, Teresa C. Cracas, Chief Risk Officer, will assume executive responsibility for Corporate Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, and Policyholder Experience, while retaining oversight of Strategic Planning, Actuarial, Reinsurance Ceded, and Strategic Innovation. These changes are intended to channel talent and resources to build for the future and propel efficiencies throughout the organization.
