ClearSign Technologies received a second purchase order for its Core M25 burner from Devco Process Heaters, a Tulsa‑based manufacturer, for a gas processing facility in West Texas. The order follows a similar order placed by Devco a week earlier, indicating growing demand for the M‑series line.

The Core M25 burner is designed for midstream applications, offering ultra‑low NOx emissions and high efficiency. It is intended to retrofit an existing hot‑oil heater at the facility, providing improved combustion control and reduced operating costs.

The order represents a key milestone for ClearSign as it expands beyond refinery process burners into the midstream sector. The company’s Q4 2024 revenue was $590,000, down from $1.3 million in Q4 2023, but the company reported record annual revenue of $3.6 million for 2024, a 50% increase year‑over‑year. ClearSign’s cash and equivalents stood at $12.3 million as of June 30, 2025, supporting continued investment in product development and market expansion.

Management highlighted that the M‑series line was developed in response to partner feedback and that the growing demand reflects the industry’s shift toward lower‑emission, high‑efficiency burners. The company plans to pursue additional midstream opportunities and expects the new order to contribute to incremental revenue in the upcoming quarter.
