Hexagon Agility announced new orders for natural gas fuel systems for trucks powered by Cummins' X15N natural gas engine, valued at $4.3 million. These new orders bring the total accumulated value of orders for X15N powered trucks to $20 million, including previous orders and a UPS order from May 2024. Daimler Truck North America officially opened orders for Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with the Cummins X15N at the end of April 2025. This means Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Daimler, the three leading Class 8 truck OEMs in North America, now offer natural gas truck options powered by the X15N engine. The X15N engine is enabling fleets to access fuel cost and emissions reduction benefits with performance matching diesel in power and range, offering up to 1,200 miles. This expansion has added 200,000 heavy-duty trucks annually to the addressable market for CNG/RNG solutions.
