CommScope announced on June 24, 2025, that Mittal Parekh, Senior Director, Products for RUCKUS Networks, CommScope, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA). His term is for four years, effective July 1, 2025.
Parekh's leadership role in RUCKUS Networks, with expertise in advanced Wi-Fi 7, cloud, and AI-driven wireless network platforms, positions him to contribute significantly to the WBA's mission. RUCKUS has been an active WBA member since 2010 and a founding member of WBA’s Enterprise Connectivity Forum.
His election will enable RUCKUS Networks to accelerate its involvement in creating value for the wireless community. This includes recent collaborations with WBA, AT&T, and Intel to conduct real-world trials of Wi-Fi 7 in enterprise environments.
