Concentra Group Holdings Parent, Inc. announced on April 21, 2025, the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Pivot Onsite Innovations from Athletico Physical Therapy for $55 million. Pivot Onsite Innovations is a leader in the onsite health industry, operating over 200 onsite health clinics at employer locations in over 40 states.
This acquisition is expected to double the size of Concentra's growing Onsite Health operating segment, expanding its total onsite footprint to approximately 350 clinics. The deal is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The transaction will be financed using a combination of cash on hand and available borrowing capacity under Concentra's existing revolving credit facility. This strategic move enhances Concentra's competitive position and expands its service offerings in the workplace health market.
