Campbell Soup Company announced on November 14, 2024, the appointment of Daniel L. Poland to the newly created role of Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer, effective immediately. Poland will report to President and CEO Mark Clouse and lead a new Enterprise Transformation Office.
This new office is tasked with accelerating business performance, elevating capabilities, and driving continuous improvement across digital transformation, integrated business planning, innovation processes, food safety and quality, sustainability, and the future supply chain network. The strategic intent is to improve efficiency and effectiveness in a dynamic market.
Concurrently, Cassandra Green was named Senior Vice President and Head of Supply Chain, reporting to Poland. Green will oversee the company's end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing, procurement, customer logistics and planning, and operational excellence, building on her prior role as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Category Leadership.
