The Campbell's Company announced on April 3, 2025, the appointment of Aaron Gwinner as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer, effective April 14, 2025. Gwinner will report to Dan Poland, Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer.
In this role, Gwinner will be responsible for leading Campbell's digital transformation strategy and overseeing the overall strategy and execution of the company’s digital and information technology (IT) function. His mandate includes leveraging innovative technologies to enhance agility, strengthen capabilities, and accelerate growth across the organization.
Gwinner brings over three decades of technology experience, including leadership roles at Reynolds American as Chief Information Officer and 26 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led IT transformation and accelerated consumer engagement for marketing. His appointment is a key step in Campbell's efforts to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness through technology.
