Chesapeake Utilities Corporation reaffirmed its commitment to advancing women in the energy industry by continuing its support for Florida's Women in Energy Leadership Forum (FWELF), which celebrated its 10th anniversary on August 28, 2025. Chesapeake Utilities has been an integral part of FWELF since its founding in 2015. The forum, co-founded by Lila A. Jaber, a current member of Chesapeake Utilities' board of directors, highlights the leadership and contributions of women in Florida's energy sector. The 2025 forum, themed 'Impact,' featured C-suite level keynote speakers and panelists and attracted over 400 participants. Chesapeake Utilities served as a Gold sponsor for the event, with several of its executives playing key roles during the forum. This ongoing support aligns with the company's priorities of developing talent, advancing innovation, and building stronger communities, reinforcing its dedication to diversity and inclusion within the energy industry.
