CRH announced the appointment of Nancy Buese as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 12, 2025. Ms. Buese will be based in New York and will oversee CRH’s global finance function.
Ms. Buese brings extensive experience in financial leadership from publicly listed companies, having previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Baker Hughes Company and Newmont Corporation. She also held similar roles at MarkWest Energy Partners and MPLX.
CEO Jim Mintern stated that Ms. Buese's track record of financial leadership and operational insight makes her an ideal fit for the role, and her experience will be invaluable for CRH's next phase of growth. Alan Connolly, the Interim CFO, will return to his previous role as Director of Strategic Finance in May.
