Verato has added a new Identity Intelligence Agent to Salesforce’s Agentforce Health platform, enabling care teams to access verified identity data at every customer touchpoint.
The agent plugs into the Agentforce 360 for Health platform, which Salesforce launched on February 28, 2025, and is available through the Salesforce AgentExchange. It extends the existing Verato for Salesforce App by adding AI‑driven workflow automation that pulls master data from Verato’s MDM Cloud. The agent is offered under Salesforce’s standard AgentExchange licensing model, with no additional cost beyond the existing Health Cloud subscription.
The integration is designed to improve data security, streamline compliance workflows, and reduce identity‑related errors in regulated environments such as healthcare. HarmonyCares, a current Verato customer, said the new agent “has dramatically reduced identity verification time and improved patient trust.”
Salesforce’s Agentforce for Health, part of the broader Agentforce 360 suite unveiled at Dreamforce 2025, positions the company to capture a larger share of the growing demand for secure, AI‑powered identity solutions in regulated markets. The launch signals a strategic push to deepen adoption of Agentforce among high‑value, compliance‑heavy customers.
