Critical Metals Corp. (CRML) announced on December 15, 2025 that its 2024 drilling program at the Tanbreez Rare Earth Project in southern Greenland has produced consistent mineralization across the Fjord area. The 13‑hole campaign, totaling 1,149.50 m of vertical drilling, confirmed high‑grade rare‑earth concentrations, including gallium (103 ppm), hafnium (484 ppm), cerium (1,711 ppm) and yttrium (742 ppm), as well as significant zirconium (1.55–1.97 %) and niobium. The results demonstrate a stable 27 % heavy‑rare‑earth proportion and a narrow TREO variance of 0.39–0.54 %.
The company stated that the new data will enable a revised Mineral Resource Estimate and advance subsequent mine‑planning studies. By extending known mineralization and refining the geological model, CRML aims to support an updated resource estimate for the Fjord deposit and to prepare for the definitive feasibility study required to meet Greenland’s exploitation license deadlines. The drilling also supports the company’s strategy of developing a world‑class hard‑rock rare‑earth resource with year‑round shipping access via deep‑water fjords.
CRML’s announcement marks a key operational milestone in its development timeline. Consistent grades across multiple vertical holes reduce exploration risk and strengthen the case for future capital raises and potential production by 2028. The data also reinforce the company’s positioning as a strategic supplier of heavy‑rare‑earth elements to Western defense and clean‑energy markets, potentially enhancing investor confidence in the Tanbreez project’s long‑term value.
