DocGo Inc. announced that its Cardiac RMS subsidiary has signed a new contract with one of Mississippi's largest hospital systems. Under this agreement, Cardiac RMS by DocGo is scheduled to begin providing remote monitoring for nearly 3,000 patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices in early 2025.

This new contract signifies Cardiac RMS’s entry into Mississippi and expands its pediatric customer base, demonstrating its capability to offer remote monitoring solutions across all age groups in this new geographic market. Mississippi faces challenges including high rates of cardiovascular disease and limited access to specialized care in rural areas.

The remote monitoring services aim to reduce the need for frequent in-office visits and enable early interventions, which can prevent serious complications. This initiative also seeks to enhance clinical efficiency by streamlining operations, reducing hospital readmissions, and improving patient outcomes.
