Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. has entered into a distribution agreement with Canadian manufacturer Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. The deal allows Dragonfly to sell Hybrid’s Batt Pack Pro and other portable power products through its existing customer network.
The partnership targets mobile services, recreational vehicles, and off‑grid applications, leveraging Hybrid’s expertise in battery energy storage and portable power systems. Dragonfly will integrate Hybrid’s 5 kW Batt Pack Pro, a 5.1 kWh system, into its product lineup.
Dragonfly’s Q4 2024 results showed net sales of $12.2 million, up 17 % YoY, and a net loss of $40.6 million for the full year 2024. The company has been pursuing debt restructuring and a $55.4 million public offering to strengthen its balance sheet.
Management said the agreement aligns with Dragonfly’s strategy to broaden distribution and reduce reliance on the RV market, which has faced macroeconomic headwinds. By accessing Hybrid’s dealer and OEM relationships, Dragonfly expects to accelerate adoption of clean‑energy solutions across North America.
Hybrid Power Solutions offers a range of battery storage and portable power products, including the Batt Pack Energy, Batt Pack Jupiter, and Spark Cube generators. The company serves industrial markets such as mining, construction, and marine.
Dragonfly’s guidance for Q4 2025 indicates positive adjusted EBITDA, reflecting the company’s focus on cost control and expanding sales channels.
