The module supports LTE Cat 4 worldwide, offering up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink speeds, with automatic fallback to 2G/3G for reliable coverage. It is powered by a Thales PLS83‑W modem and supports multiple GNSS systems, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou.
Built‑in features include a GNSS receiver, Bluetooth Low Energy, a MicroPython runtime for edge intelligence, Digi TrustFence device‑security, and built‑in I/O (ADC, digital I/O, I2C). Bluetooth LE can be configured via the Digi XBee Mobile app.
The module offers SPI, UART, and USB host interfaces, maintains the standard XBee form factor and APIs, and is compatible with existing XBee cellular designs.
