Digital Realty announced the appointment of Paula Cogan as Managing Director, Head of EMEA, effective March 17, 2025. In this role, Cogan will be responsible for leading Digital Realty's EMEA team and driving the continued growth of the region's data center platform.
Cogan brings over 20 years of extensive experience in European telecommunications and infrastructure, having most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of euNetworks, a European bandwidth infrastructure company. Her background includes executive roles at Colt Technology Services and Verizon.
This strategic leadership appointment is expected to enhance Digital Realty's customer value proposition and optimize connectivity and performance solutions across its multi-continental EMEA region. Cogan succeeds Michel van den Assem, who is retiring after more than two decades with the company.
