DarioHealth Corp. announced on April 21, 2025, a change in its Chief Financial Officer position. Zvi Ben-David will retire from his role, effective May 15, 2025. He will continue to assist the company in an advisory capacity until the end of June to ensure a smooth transition. Chen Franco-Yehuda has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary, assuming the role on May 15, 2025. Mrs. Franco-Yehuda brings extensive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic growth initiatives across publicly traded companies in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining Dario, she served as CFO at Pluri Inc., where she was instrumental in securing substantial capital and driving merger and acquisition activity.
