Duos Technologies Group, Inc. announced the successful closing of an Asset Management Agreement (AMA) through its operating subsidiary, Duos Energy Corporation, on January 6, 2025. This AMA was initially announced on November 20, 2024.
The agreement encompasses the deployment and operation of a fleet of 30 mobile gas-powered turbines and associated balance-of-plant inventory. The deal is estimated to generate $42 million in revenue over two years.
Additionally, the agreement includes a 5% equity stake in the new venture, New APR Energy. The closing of this deal solidifies Duos's entry into the power generation market and its diversification strategy.
