DXC Technology introduced Xponential, a next‑generation AI orchestration blueprint designed to accelerate enterprise AI outcomes. The framework offers a repeatable process that integrates people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable results, streamline modernization, and embed governance and security from day one.
Xponential is built around five interdependent pillars—Insight, Accelerators, Automation, Approach, and Process—that enable organizations to move from pilot to production at speed and scale. The company claims the framework has already been adopted by leading global enterprises, demonstrating real business impact.
Examples of early adoption include Textron, which reported a 20% reduction in service‑desk tickets for 32,000 employees; the European Space Agency, which used an AI platform to streamline research and enhance data collaboration; Singapore General Hospital, which partnered with DXC for an AI‑driven solution that achieved 90% accuracy in guiding antibiotic decisions; and Ferrovial, which deployed over 30 AI agents to support 25,500 employees in real‑time operational management and safety standards.
DXC supports Xponential with a global team of 50,000 full‑stack engineers and AI‑first facilities, including Innovation Centers, Centers of Competency, and Centers of Excellence across six continents. Recent expansions include a new AI Center of Competency in Warsaw, Poland, opened on September 17, 2025, and an AI‑first innovation office in Detroit inaugurated on October 24, 2025.
"Xponential will help clients operationalize AI responsibly and achieve rapid value," said Raul Fernandez, President and CEO of DXC. "By providing a structured, repeatable method for orchestrating AI, we are empowering organizations to realize tangible business benefits at scale," added Angela Daniels, CTO of Americas, Consulting and Engineering Services.
The launch signals DXC’s continued focus on AI as a core differentiator and positions the company to expand its service offering in a market where AI adoption is accelerating. While specific financial projections are not disclosed, the blueprint is expected to contribute to DXC’s growth by enabling new revenue streams and strengthening client relationships.
