For the second quarter of fiscal 2025, eGain provided guidance expecting total revenue between $21.5 million and $22.0 million. The company also updated its full fiscal year 2025 guidance, projecting total revenue in the range of $88.0 million to $90.0 million. GAAP net income for the full year is expected to be between $1.0 million and $2.0 million, or $0.03 to $0.07 per share.
