EPAM Systems, Inc. introduced Agentic QA, an AI‑native testing solution that integrates with its AI/Run™.Tools platform for Testing as a Service. The platform claims to deliver up to 10‑fold efficiency gains over manual testing, reduce manual effort by 50 % and cut testing costs by 30 %.

Agentic QA bridges the gap between automated and manual testing by leveraging generative AI and adaptive regression testing—a scriptless approach that dynamically adjusts to UI changes and navigates complex user paths in real time. The solution also combines EPAM’s decade‑long crowd‑testing expertise to validate test coverage and reliability.

"Agentic QA reimagines the future of software testing," said Adam Auerbach, Vice President of EPAM’s DevTestSecOps practice. "It offers a faster, more resilient and adaptive testing capability that helps organizations move ahead of competitors by cutting lead times and lowering costs associated with traditional testing approaches."

The launch follows EPAM’s recent AI/Run™.Transform playbook, announced on 2025‑10‑23, and aligns with the company’s broader AI strategy. EPAM also announced a $1 billion share repurchase program on 2025‑10‑21, underscoring its focus on shareholder value alongside innovation.

A Gartner report dated 2025‑06‑13 highlighted that test automation powered by generative AI is becoming an indispensable building block for software engineering leaders. EPAM’s Agentic QA positions the company to meet this market need and strengthen its competitive moat in the AI‑enabled services market.
