Mister Meds, LLC, a compounding pharmacy acquired by Earth Science Tech, Inc. on October 1, 2024, received full compounding licensure in March 2025. This licensure is a crucial step, enabling the Abilene, Texas-based facility to commence operations. The pharmacy operates out of a 5,000 sq. ft. facility owned by Avenvi, another ETST subsidiary.
The facility includes advanced sterile compounding capabilities, featuring both positive and negative pressure environments, as well as hazardous drug handling facilities. These specialized capabilities are anticipated by management to become a major revenue driver for Earth Science Tech. The sterile room allows for the production of high-demand injectables, while the hazardous handling facility enables compounding of products like testosterone and progesterone creams.
Mister Meds is actively pursuing licensure in additional states not yet serviced by RxCompound, ETST's other compounding pharmacy. This expansion of licensure and operational capacity is central to Earth Science Tech's strategy to enhance its pharmaceutical compounding segment and drive future growth.
